- If you're not concerned about a perfect presentation, roasting chickens or turkeys breast-side down will help keep the breast meat moister.
- Grill or pan fry boneless, skinless chicken breasts and season them with salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Cool and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Place wrapped chicken breasts in a large zip lock bag and keep in the freezer. These are great for a quick cesar salad or chopped for a cold chicken salad.
