Healthy lifestyle tips are very important in our body and environment. This helps improve our total body function. Healthy habit means a healthy lifestyle.

- Simple living Including the most important: having one or no children, and later in life.
Overpopulation is the root cause of nearly all environmental problems.
- Health Education
Teach and educate yourself, your families and friends with regards to a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthy foods regularly. Avoid foods that are high in fats, sugar and salt. Have a good nutrition balance.
Meditation is the major stress reduction. It carries wonderful stress relief and health benefits.
Practice regular exercise for three times in a week for 30 minutes. This helps boost your immune system and also helps stress reduction.
- Temptation Avoidance
Create a healthy and clean kitchen. Avoid buying any grocery or anything that will keep you eating. This can destroy your diet.
Drink water 8 to 10 glasses per day.
- Build a Support Group
When starting a strict diet, try to get some support group. Your parent or your relatives, for an instance, who are there to support you in your healthy lifestyle.
- Be a Role Model
If you are trying to change your bad habit into a good one, try to join a community group, share your experiences to them and for them to relate such things, and make things right for themselves.
- Get Personal
Try to go to fitness center near you. Have a couple of session with the professional trainer. You may learn many things from them. They will provide answers to your questions.
