How you can help us

Imagine an article on climate change that has been written and edited by thousands of scientists collaboratively and read by million of people. Do you know where to begin when it comes to greening your home, office, or what actually works and what’s just a myth? Tip the Planet can help, but first we need yours.

You can help Tip the Planet and also our community of readers by:

1. Editing the site - the more people add information and edit articles, the better the quality of our information. That's the beauty of a wiki.
2. Share Tip the Planet with other sites. The more people find out about Tip the planet, the more people will edit the site, and the better it'll become.
3. Check our recent changes and see if you can improve the edits made by our community.
4. Answer article requests that other readers have made, or suggest some of your own.
5. Join us on Facebook, and Twitter
6. Email us info@tiptheplanet.com with suggestions of how we can improve the site.
7. Add tips to pages on the site - this means putting a {{Tip| at the beginning of something you consider to be a useful tip and then finishing it with two similar brackets at the end.
