• Global Action Plan offers the following tailormade environmental programmes for businesses:
• Environment Champions: This is a programme that enables employees to measure their environmental impact and set their own improvement targets through a planned process of change. Over the past eight years the programme has developed a successful track record and has been adopted by many different organisations including multi-nationals, local authorities and charities.
• SmartWorks - London: This project provides tailored advice and support for small and medium sized businesses (250 staff or less) throughout London. SmartWorks offers businesses the opportunity to save costs and improve competitiveness by increasing their environmental performance and credibility. SmartWorks is led by Global Action Plan and supported by our formal partners EDF Energy, Thames Water, CitiGroup & the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets & Lewisham.
• EnVision - South West England: EnVision is a partnership of experienced environmental organisations across South West England. It is a not for profit partnership that offers small businesses the opportunity to save costs and improve competitiveness by increasing their environmental performance and credibility. EnVision primarily supports (Objective 2) small and medium sized businesses in the manufacturing, general business services, voluntary and charity sectors.
